About these terms: These terms explain event bookings, deposits, payments, cancellations, and changes.
Booking your date
You must be age 18 or older to send an online event inquiry. An inquiry does not reserve a date.
Game On will confirm the date, time, package, price, and included items in writing before asking for payment.
After you accept those details, a $50 deposit is required to hold the date. The deposit may be paid online. We apply the deposit to your event total. The rest is due when the event ends.
Your written confirmation controls event details that are not listed on this website.
Canceling
Cancel at least five business days before the event and we will refund the deposit. Reschedule at least five business days before the event and we will move the deposit to the new date. With less than five business days' notice, the deposit cannot be refunded or moved.
Rescheduling
Ask at least five business days before the event. We will move the deposit to the new date.
Late changes
A business day is Monday through Friday, except observed U.S. federal holidays. The event day does not count. The deadline is based on the event's scheduled start time in Central Time.
For example, a change to a Saturday event at 4:00 PM must be received by Monday at 4:00 PM.
Final payment
We apply the $50 deposit to the event total. The rest is due when the event ends.
Standard Birthday Party
Starts at $125 for up to eight children.
Two hours of games and a party area set up for your group.
- Party area with tables and chairs
- Space and All Day Free Play passes for up to eight guests
- Juice pouches
- A party host to help when needed
- Refrigerator space for cake and ice cream
Each additional person who attends the party and plays games costs $12.50.
For a Standard party with 10 guests who all play games, the starting total is $150: $125 for the first eight, plus $25 for two more guests (2 × $12.50). The $50 deposit counts toward the $150, so $100 remains due when the event ends if there are no other approved charges.

Deluxe Birthday Party
Starts at $175 for up to eight children.
The Deluxe Birthday Party adds themed decorations to the two-hour birthday package.
- Party area with tables and chairs
- Space and All Day Free Play passes for up to eight guests
- Decorations in a selected party theme
- Juice pouches
- One Game On T-shirt for the birthday child
- A party host to help when needed
- Refrigerator space for cake and ice cream
Each additional person who attends the party and plays games costs $12.50.
Confirm the party theme and other event details with Game On before paying.
Full Takeover
Reserve the entire Game On venue for a private event starting at $375.
- Private use of the entire venue
- A dedicated party host
- Unlimited guests, up to the building's capacity
- Available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Sundays
- Three-hour reservation; more time may be added when Game On confirms it
The written confirmation will list the guest limit, game access, food, drinks, decorations, setup time, cleanup time, and any extra-time charges.

Standard and Deluxe Birthday Party days and times have not been set. Contact Game On to check availability.
Full Takeovers are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Sundays.
