What this policy covers
This policy covers this website and adult information sent to Game On online. Game On is the public name of Game On Arkadelphia, LLC.
Outside providers may process data when they host a page, load the contact form, protect a service, or handle checkout. Their own privacy terms also apply.
Adult contact form
Our online contact form is for adults age 18 or older. When you ask about a child, send only your own adult contact details.
The form may collect the adult's name, email address, phone number, message, event details, and consent choices.
Children and teens
Game On does not ask children to provide personal information online. The contact form is for adults. A parent or legal guardian should use only the adult's details.
Do not send a child's name, birth date, health information, school information, or other private details through our form or email.
If a child's private information is sent by mistake, contact us. We will review the request and remove it from active systems when the law and our record duties allow.
Printed guest forms
The minor registration PDF is for offline use. This website does not accept a completed form and does not intentionally store a child's registration information online.
Print the form and bring it to Game On. Do not upload or email it. Your device or PDF app may save a copy under its own settings. Paper forms returned at Game On are handled separately at the venue.
How we use adult contact details
We use an adult's details to answer a question, manage a request, plan an event, handle registration or safety needs, and provide the service the adult asked for.
Game On does not sell contact lists.
Emergency contacts
We use emergency contact information only during an emergency involving the registered guest. Information listed only as an emergency contact will not be copied into a marketing list.
An emergency contact may separately opt into marketing only in their own adult capacity. That choice applies only to the contact details and channels covered by their separate consent.
Marketing choices
We use an adult's email address or phone number to answer a question or manage a request. An adult may also agree to get marketing emails, texts, and phone calls from Game On. Marketing consent is not required to buy.
Each marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. Marketing texts can be stopped by replying STOP or by emailing hello@gameonarky.com. We honor any clear request to stop.
Browser and service data
When a page loads, this site and its providers may receive technical data. This can include an IP address, browser or device details, security data, diagnostic data, and form-use data.
When the embedded form loads, Marketing OS/LeadConnector and related services may use cookies or browser storage and may receive technical, form-view and attribution data before you submit the form. Game On does not knowingly use this technical data to identify, profile, or market to a child.
Services we use
- Vercel hosts and delivers the website.
- Marketing OS/LeadConnector supplies the adult contact form, may store the adult's form entry and choices, and processes form-view and attribution data before a visitor submits the form.
- Square handles pass checkout and payment. Game On does not receive full payment-card details from Square.
- Cloudflare may help deliver or protect parts of an outside service that loads on this site.
- Google-hosted form assets and scripts supply fonts or stored resources used by the embedded form.
- Meta/Facebook Pixel loads with the contact form. It may receive information about your form visit and how you reached the form before you submit it.
This list shows the services in use when this policy was last updated. Outside services can change. We will update this policy when we learn about a change.
How long we keep data
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated reason or a legal or bookkeeping duty. This can include safety, fraud-prevention, consent, and opt-out records. We do not promise one fixed time for every kind of record.
Security
Game On and its providers use practical steps to protect information. No website, email, paper file, or outside service can promise perfect security.
Your choices
You may ask us to review, correct, or delete information you supplied. Email hello@gameonarky.com.
We may keep records needed for safety, law, fraud prevention, bookkeeping, proof of consent, or opt-out suppression. We cannot promise immediate removal from every backup or record we have a duty to keep.
Changes
