Be kind
- Treat guests, staff, and the space with respect.
- No bullying, fighting, stealing, threats, harassment, or damage.
- Use clean and respectful words.
Play safely
- Walk inside. Do not run or roughhouse.
- Follow staff directions.
- Tell staff right away about an injury, spill, unsafe condition, or broken item.
- Staff may stop unsafe play and may ask a guest to leave for serious or repeated rule-breaking.
Food and drinks
- Keep food and drinks away from games and equipment unless staff says otherwise.
Care for the games
- Use arcade games, pool tables, ping-pong equipment, and board games safely.
Adult supervision
A child age 11 or younger must stay with an authorized adult.
A guest age 12 through 17 may visit without an adult only when a legal guardian has signed “Solo Visit OK” on the minor form.
Emergencies
We may call a parent, legal guardian, or listed emergency contact during an emergency. Emergency contact information is used only during an emergency. It is never used for marketing.
