This website is operated by Game On Arkadelphia, LLC. Our public-facing name is Game On.
Who may buy or contact us
Adults age 18 or older may buy a pass or contact us online. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for a minor's permissions and participation.
Pass purchases
Square handles pass checkout. Review the price, tax, start date, end date, renewal, cancellation, refund, and transfer terms shown before you pay.
Before agreeing to a recurring pass, customers must see and review the recurring price and frequency, renewal term, cancellation policy, minimum commitment, if any, and cancellation instructions. If those details are not clear, do not buy the pass. Contact Game On at (870) 464-1018, hello@gameonarky.com, or visit in person first.
The details shown in Square checkout also apply to your purchase.
The All Day Free Play pass is $9 per guest and is for guests age 4 and older. Online purchase does not finish registration. Complete the required paper form in person before the pass can be used. A parent or legal guardian must complete the form for a guest under 18.
Food and drinks are not included with game passes.
Monthly choices
Square currently labels each monthly option as a one-time choice or a monthly subscription. Monthly subscriptions may be paused or canceled through Square. Review the full checkout terms before you pay.
Rules at Game On
Guests must follow our Guest Rules and Safety and staff safety directions.
These website terms do not replace a signed guest registration or safety form.
Events
An event inquiry is not a booking. Read the Event Terms for the deposit, payment, cancellation, and rescheduling rules.
Using this website
Use this site only for lawful purposes. Do not damage it, try to bypass its security, or copy Game On's site content and brand work without permission.
Outside services
Square runs pass checkout. Marketing OS/LeadConnector supplies the contact form. Links may also take you to maps or other outside sites. These services run their own systems and have their own terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimers
We work to keep this website useful and accurate. We do not promise that the website will always be available or free from errors. Outside services may also become unavailable or show their own errors.
Limits allowed by law
To the extent Arkansas law allows, Game On is not responsible for a loss caused only by website downtime, a website error, or an outside service failure.
Nothing in these Terms limits a right or responsibility that cannot be limited under Arkansas law.
